BlackMarketVu Product Rules & Usage Policy

BlackMarketVu products must be used according to the instructions provided with your purchase.

Different products may have different requirements. Always check the product description and any instructions sent with your order before using the product.

Incorrect use may affect the functionality or availability of your product.

When your product requires both an Action and Avatar, both items must be used correctly.

For applicable Trigger products:

• Use both required products: Action + Avatar
• Remove your regular shorts or trousers before loading the required items
• Load the products according to the instructions
• Click the Action associated with the accessory, not the avatar
• Use the Pose when one is provided with your order
• Follow any additional instructions sent with the specific product

Different products may require different steps, so always follow the instructions associated with your purchase.

BlackMarketVu Trigger products covered by these rules are intended for private use only.

Do not use applicable products in public rooms.

This includes:

• Public AP rooms
• Public GA rooms
• Rooms with unknown users
• Other public environments where the product may be exposed

For greater privacy, use applicable products only in private rooms with people you trust.

Do not save applicable BlackMarketVu Trigger products as part of your saved IMVU outfit.

Load and use the products according to the instructions provided with your purchase.

Saving applicable products in an outfit may increase the possibility of the product being exposed or becoming unavailable.

BlackMarketVu cannot control actions or enforcement decisions made by third-party platforms.

Products used contrary to the provided instructions may become unavailable.

Customers should therefore carefully follow all product instructions and understand that availability can be affected by circumstances outside BlackMarketVu's control.

Unless the individual product page or your purchase specifically states otherwise, Standard Trigger products do not include a product guarantee.

This means that purchasing a Standard Trigger does not guarantee that the product will remain available indefinitely.

Customers who want a product with applicable warranty coverage should consider an eligible Permanent Trigger.

Eligible Permanent Trigger products include warranty protection according to the applicable BlackMarketVu warranty terms.

Permanent Trigger warranty coverage is different from Standard Trigger products.

Always check the product description and our Warranty page to understand the exact coverage associated with your purchase.

BlackMarketVu sells digital products that are delivered as Gifts directly to the IMVU account provided by the customer.

Once an order has been successfully delivered, applicable digital-product sales are considered completed and are subject to our refund policy.

A customer should contact BlackMarketVu Support if there is a genuine order or delivery problem before initiating a payment dispute.

If a Standard Trigger becomes unavailable and the situation is not covered by a warranty, purchasing or requesting another product may require a new payment.

Where an eligible replacement service is offered, the applicable charge is: $35 replacement/service fee + the current cost of the product.

The customer will be informed of the applicable amount before a replacement is processed.

Permanent Trigger products with applicable warranty coverage are subject to their respective warranty conditions.

Problems caused by failure to follow the product instructions are not covered by Standard Trigger protection.

Examples include:

• Using an applicable product in a public room
• Saving an applicable Trigger in an outfit
• Failing to use the required Action + Avatar combination
• Using the wrong Action
• Failing to follow instructions provided with the product
• Using the product in a way that contradicts its product description

Always follow the instructions provided with your purchase.

BlackMarketVu products are delivered as Gifts directly to the customer's IMVU account.

Your product is not delivered as a downloadable file.

Make sure you provide the correct IMVU username when placing your order.

BlackMarketVu is not responsible for avoidable delivery problems resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable consumer rights.
