Digital Products Policy
All products sold at IMVU Black Market are digital IMVU triggers, rooms and poses. Because of the nature of digital products:
- No refunds will be provided once the product has been delivered
- No exchanges are available for digital products
- No cancellations after payment confirmation
- All products are delivered immediately after payment verification
Pre-Purchase Guidelines
Before completing your purchase, please make sure:
- You have read the product description carefully
- You understand the product requirements (VIP Platinum, etc.)
- You have verified compatibility with your device (IMVU Mobile, Desktop or Classic)
- You have joined our Discord server or saved our contact email for support
Product Support
While we do not offer refunds, we provide full support for our products:
- Technical support for installation questions
- Usage guidance via email or our Discord community
- Product updates when the seller releases them
- Re-delivery if the original file fails due to a technical issue on our side
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in extremely rare cases, such as:
- Proven technical defect in the product that cannot be resolved
- Incorrect product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Duplicate payment processing errors
Each case is reviewed individually. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of IMVU Black Market.
Delivery Information
- All digital products are delivered manually by email after payment confirmation
- Delivery is usually completed within a few hours, but may take up to 24 hours during high demand
- If you have not received your product after 24 hours, contact support immediately
- Customers will be notified in case of any unusual delays

Payments are processed securely through trusted providers. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
